  • My #1 thought... DONT give up breast feeding... I lost 20 pounds by the time my son was 2 weeks old... stopped breast feeding at 5 weeks because i thoguht something was wrong ( turned out to be bad colic) and gained almost 10 pounds back in 4 days!!!! I wish i wouldnt have stopped!

  • umm... i would defintely say that's off.... 20 minutes on my elliptical says about 350 calories... it really depends on your speed and resistance used... i start off at 1, like the programmer does... and i go to about 4 and then i crank it up to 7 or 8 at about 10 minutes in and keep it there, and i get 320-360 calories...…
