  • Mine comes in bouts, I'll be horribly bloated and constipated for a few weeks then have horrible loose BMs for a few weeks. It seems the healthier I eat, meaning more fruits and veggies, the worse the bloating and constipation and the more stressed I am the worse the BMs get.

  • My trainers recommendation is no fruit after the 1st meal of the day and carbs should only be eaten during the 1st meal and no later than 2 hours after a workout. Doesn't work for me, when I try to deny myself something I crave it and end up binging.
