I can tell you the bigger I am the worse mine bothers me. I've dealt with Planter Fasciitis and ankle pain off and on for years. The times that it hasn't bothered me has been when I've been close to or at my ideal weight. Now that I'm down 30 lbs it's not bothering me as much as it was 6 months ago.

My scale can vary in the same location, at the same time of day, naked. Drives me crazy!

I eat carbs and enjoy them, I do choose complex carbs when available. For me it's about balance and moderation. In order for my weight loss to be successful and maintained I have to follow a diet that fits in my lifestyle and is sustainable.

I really like Couscous, I general get the Olive Oil and Garlic flavor.

Been there, I was so worried about putting the weight back on that I hung onto my too big clothes. Well, I put the weight back on (and then some) This time around as I shrink out of stuff I'm getting rid of it, it's too easy to ignore the pounds creeping back when you can easily find something to wear. Congrat's on your…

This^^^ I do wear an HRM also just to be sure I'm logging is accurate.

I agree completely with this. I've tried all the fad diets and none of them worked, most actually made things worse. I've got to make this a lifelong change that I can live with and keep up. I know for me all fasting would result in is binge eating, which is not productive in the least. Balanced healthy meals combined with…

Amazing! Great job!!

Chinese is one for me also, as is Garlic Bread and anything fried. We go to a Seafood restaurant every Friday night and I usually get Broiled Shrimp. But every now and then I decide to get Fried Clam Strips, I just love them!, and after words I always feel so sick :(

I live in Monroe, but I'm in the process of moving to Stallings.

I use my HRM and burn between 300/400 calories in 30 mins. I've also used www.zumbacalories.com and it's fairly accurate.

I'm admin of FFL1 which is also my parent group :)

Exactly this. This isn't a diet for me, it's a lifestyle change. Yes I occasionally have something that isn't great for me, but I enjoy those things in moderation. Exercise is a huge part of my life now also. Before I was sedentary any and everything that I ate just got added to my weight, now I exercise at least 3x a week…

I've stopped buying it. I do keep Fiber One bars and Kashi bars on hand for snacking and occasionally enjoy a low fat ice cream dessert, like Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers Ice Cream Candy Bars.

Up your calories. In order for your body to work out at that level you need to fuel it. I don't know that you've been at it long enough to actually be in "starvation mode" but you're surely heading there.

When I'm at 1200 calories, yes I eat them back. Depending on how many I burn it may or may not be all of them. I try to ensure I net a minimum of 1200 a day though. And you are correct, as long as you maintain a deficit you should be losing weight.

I do if I don't know them in real life. If it's someone I know personally I leave them.

Nope, can't see the pictures.

Yup, I get ankle pain from a lot of different activities. Part of the reason is I have weak ankles from repeated sprains. My massage therapist has told me the pain I feel in my Achilles tendon is because my calfs are too tight. Since then I make sure that I walk/march in place for at least 5 mins then stretch out my calfs…

Absolutely. I realize there are some kids that are overweight and IMO they should only "diet" under the care of their physician. It saddens me when I see young girls fixated on an unhealthy body image.

I posted this earlier, if you're interested let me know.

The weight management plan I'm on rotates your calorie guidelines. The 1st week is a 1200 calorie intake then you go up to 1500calories for 3 weeks and then up to 2000-2500 for a minimum for 2 weeks. The start over at the 1200 calories and you do this till you reach your goal weight at which time you'll go to the 2000-2500…

You look amazing! Great job!!

Try balance you intake by breaking your meals up as follows 200 calories for breakfast 100 calories for morning snack 400 calories for lunch 100 calories for afternoon snack 400 calories for dinner Also when I do 1200 calories I eat back a portion of my exercise calories to be sure I feel satisfied.

This. I have an eating plan I follow and for the most part stick to those calorie guidelines, which right now are 400 for breakfast, 600 for lunch and dinner and 200 for snacks (2x a day) I'm in the resting phase of the plan so my intake is a about 500 calories higher then normal.
