I just bought the Yogi herbal tea. They have a variety for different things such as sleeping better, detox, soothe throat, etc. I chose the "healthy skin" tea...we shall see.

I use exercise videos from my cable provider (they are free!) I love it because I easily get bored doing the same thing over and over. So I change it up. So far it has worked for me... it keeps me going. It probably would help if I join the gym but at the time I cannot join. Cable provider: COMCAST

I was surprised as well! but now it really helps me when I'm at restaurants. I either choose something else that is healthier or just eat 1/2 a serving.

I do (with strict moderation) simply because i don't want to be feeling depressed! I think that with time I will be able to skip it all together if I wish :smile:

I have completely eliminated soft drinks and replaced them with water. This has helped with the calorie count. :smile:
