P90X question
I recently got a hold of some P90X dvds but they are really hard!!! I was able to complete the CardioX dvd --yay! The problem is that i don't know how many calories this dvd workout burns since it does not show up in the exercise tab of this website :frown: Does anyone know how many calories?
