  • I am not sure what the 'science' is (I think rumours are that it helps 'speed your metabolism'), but when I was drinking hot water/lemon juice after every meal, I felt like my dijestive system was working better. It works wonders for me if I'm feelin' bloated. Sorry I couldn't give a better answer!
