I agree, and I live in the land below. I have looked into emigrating to Canada. I just can't talk the family into it. Yes taxes are high but at least you are getting something for them, we just buy weapons and war. Very sad.

I have 10# to go and seem to be stuck. :P I have been doing this for a year and am down 81# 10" off my waist, and from a 2xl shirt to a M. I am very excited. But the last 3 weeks have been discouraging. So I could use a little kick to keep me on track. Thanks. ps guess I missed the lades part at the beginning. Sorry.

I think a bike shop will fit you and take better care of you and your bike. I haven't rode mine in like 4 or 5 years and took it to the bike shop I bought it from to tune it up and get it ready for riding. They said no problem.
