I'm Australian but have been living in NY/NJ for two years. I think I've toned down my accent a lot since I've been here because a lot of people can't understand me otherwise. Most of the time people think I'm British, but I have gotten Kiwi and South African as well.

I also chose the middle, I based my goal weight off a weight I was happy with when I dieted previously. Technically, my healthy weight range is 130 - 159, but I'm aiming for around 143 :)

I'd say a glass of wine or cider. I usually do white sangria as well which is roughly 100 calories per serve. I agree with getting a drink to sip slowly, I always need something in my hands also!

I LOVE the Oats & Caramel and they have 9g of fiber and 9g of sugar.. The carb intake also kills me at 30g.

Weetabix are one of the lower sugar cereals I've found therefore I stick with it. I eat my Weeties with Banana and Almond Milk to add extra flavour :)

My birthday is the 10th! I'm hoping to lose 10lbs by my 24th birthday - I'm also going back to Australia for vacation on the 15th, so it would be great to have shed some weight by then!
