I haven't been drinking enough water either... so I'm in! Cynthia - I also drink water first thing in the morning. Usually between 24 to 36 oz within 10 minutes of getting up. Up at 5:30, run or workout when I get up, at work by 7:15, and eat breakfast anytime between 8:00 and 10:30.... depends on when I get hungry and when I can sneak to the microwave to heat up my breakfast. :smile:

I did well on vacation, was only up .2 at weigh in the morning. But I have another weekend away coming up, and it may be more of a challenge. Going to a scrapbook retreat, which means lots of goodies and treats floating around. Taking my own, healthy snacks, but so hard to ignore the yummy treats! LOL

Woo hoo! Had a much better weigh in today than last week. Was up 3.4 last week (probably because I stupidly drank 32 oz of water before weighing in), but this week was down 4.2. Much better! :happy: Still not down to where I would like to be, but it's nice to see things moving in the right direction for a change. LOL
