I also have one cheat day a month. I don't exceed my 1200 cal diet more than 400 cals. Even though we are striving to be healthier, doesn't mean we have to deprive ourselves. If you want a treat you can cooperate it into your plan. I crave a sweet after dinner so I have it! From frozen yogurt, a homemade smoothie, a 100…

Oh yes, definetly, your activity is moderate to active. Your calories definetly need to be increased to make sure you're getting adequate nutrients for your busy lifestyle.

Wow! I had an ED as well. I hated working out, it was a chore in the beginning. I had to literally psych myself up everyday to work out. So that was (1). The second is eating. After came the joy of working out (I'm addicted to the high, now). I had to eat more because I am hungry every 3 hours. After battling with that…

Ditto. Trying on smaller clothes is the key. Also, that's why it's important to take before and after pics. Even if they're just saved on your phone, so you alone can see the difference. Since you are your biggest critic. Progress is sometimes difficult for us to see, since of course we are our biggest critics. That's…

Wow! That is an amazing post. I especially like that you are happy in your skin. Being a mother having a child and looking at your body afterwards is hard, and then stepping on the scale was depressing. Congratulations! On reaching your goal. I know the feeling of fitting into smaller clothes. You're your own barbie doll.…

Nice job on waiting 6 mos. your body is definetly ready. One day at a time is the key. I started off walking, then upped it to jogging, then running. Using the bike, elliptical,…

I started weaning myself, starting with diet soda. Now I'm hooked on water with a juice packet, there are so many to choose from. Crush soda has they're own brand as well. Tastes great, even without carbonation. I don't believe you have to completely get rid of your poison. Once a week can be a treat for a job well done.

Oh, yes, I agree. Accountability is huge, as well as support. I can definetely offer. Add me.

You may need to eat your excercise calories. I may not eat them all all the time, which is not correct. We are suppose to. Listen to your body if you are still hungry that means you are not intaking enough caloris. When replenishing workout calories, I'm sure you know you have to make healthy choices most of the time so…

Add me. Defineltly for support. Who has the right to judge? We are all here for the same purpose. You just had a minor set back. Hey, that happens. You're on the right track now.

First and foremost breath, Sweetie. You are a beauty, who works full time and are a full time mother to a toddler. Huge accomplishment. Now that your son is walking, you can work out together. You can incorporate him in your workouts. Use him as your weights for leg and arm lifts. Take walks together as well. Even jump…

Running is great to lose weight. Not only method. Not everyone can do as well. I do incorporate running in weekly excercise routine had to cut back on the time because it is hard on your joints. Walking and rope jumping is great as well. I think all cardio activities are great.

Wow! How many calories is that? Very interested. Mine aren't filling either.

Not everyone's body type is the same. We don't all fit into that same box. It said I was obese as well. I didn't listen. As long as you feel comfortable and see progress don't listen. You look awesome and are far from obese. Don't let things like that get u down. As females we are hard enough on ourselves. You are your…

Amen! I love my curves as well. I surely can relate to your story. I have nothing against being pencil thin. Been there didn't enjoy it personally. After having 3 children I learned to appreciate my curves. They are what makes me a woman. I believe in having my own goals for me, and try not to let what I see and hear…

What the scale says shouldn't matter if your clothes are fitting better. Weight also fluctuates due to water intake and certain foods. I wouldnt worry. You're doing great. You may also be building muscle. Good Job!
