Wow! You look amazing!

Wow! A two week old? Have you been cleared to exercise? After having 3 c-sections, I started walking. Started low impact and as my body healed I increased the pace. Then I incorporated other things into the routine. I would also do workout videos at home, while the baby slept. It's kind of hard with a 3 year old. Maybe…

125. I've been maintaining 128 for almost a year.

Wow!! I am extremely proud of you!! That is great dedication getting up early to exercise. It was hard for me at first, I'm not a morning person. I had a workout app that would go off every morning as a reminder, that I ignored. Lol. It looks like you found something you enjoy. That's the key. Once we enjoy something, we…

If it takes you more than 30 days, it doesnt affect your weight loss/inches. It took me over 2 months to complete it. I started out doing it only 2 days a week.

I've just completed the 30DS. I did running, elliptical, bike, and strength training before each 30DS workout. I didnt burn much cals with it. Even though combined with other things, I love the results of my body. With 30DS, alone, I was only burning 200 cals. If you want to implement other workouts is completely up to…

I use 5lb. I think it does make a difference. I'm sure the heavier the weights, the more the heart rate increases, so you do burn more. You're putting in a full effort. The 30DS isnt going to give you the calorie burn of a run. Running is straight cardio. Jillian's is a mix of cardio, strength, and core training. I'm…

That sounds correct. My calorie burn with HRM, doing 30DS is 165. I end up doing more to reach 200. 160ish is still a great burn. I enjoy running as well, and do 30DS as an add on to my regular routine. I was disappointed with the cal burn at first, but any burn is good. The amount you burn is based on weigh, sex, and…

I just viewed your profile. You are very inspiring! Your story is awesome! You have come a long way! I'm speechless! Good for you!

Getting butt naked and stepping in front of the mirror. What I saw was motivation enough. Even stepping on the scale, or putting on old wardrobe that was way to small. I would even start pumping myself up the night before. Yay! I'm working out tomorrow! To the point it was in my dreams. Good luck, Hun. You gotta get…

I like home workouts. I can workout out any day, time, weather condition, or holiday. My machines are available 24/7.

Oh no, I'd never tell her you're jealous. But, that it hurts. No, I wouldnt ever let her know that. I bet you are beautiful. You shouldnt have any insecurities. You can add me as well. You can message me when you're feeling down and I can give you that boost of confidence you need. (Voice of reason). I think your sister…

I'm sorry you're going throug this. Shame on your sister for shoving things in your face. I'm positive you are a beauty inside and out. Confidence speaks louder than looks. You may need to work on yours. We all have great qualities. Constantly tell yourself what those things are. I think we are our own self esteem…

Sorry Hun, but you need to reevaluate your eating habits. I'm not saying you shouldnt have treats, but your meal plan should have 3 servings of fruits and veggies. I dont think your weight gain is anything but sodium. The items you intake are loaded with salt. Please dont give up. That shouldnt even be an option. We learn…

Congrats on your weight loss thus far. You may need to increase exercise or implement new exercises to overcome your plateau. This has to be done often. Make sure you are also drinking enough water to flush things out as well as keeping sodium level as low as possible. I'm sure you will be fine. Keep up the good work.…

I agree with above post. Awesome ideas! I also have to get myself pumped the night before. Getting myself excited to workout the next morning. Morning workouts were hard for me at first, I was so not a morning person. But, I would tell myself "Yay, I'm working out tomorrow". I also have body goals in mind, like taking an…

You need to choose a plan you can maintain. Do you want to exercise 5 days a week for life? I started out at 6 days a week to lose. To maintain I dropped down of course. I dont want to exercise 6 days for the rest of my life. On my rest days, I still do some sort of activity even if I walk for at least 30 mins. I also went…

What? That can't be me? No, it's not me. Ok..maybe your other pals. If there's anything you need..you can always message me. We can really relate to one another, we both have busy schedules, but still have the determination to take care of our bodies. Motivational and supportive that's me.

I usually submit mine after lunch, which I usually have between 3 and 4. I usually stick to it. If I dont I add the extras on later. But, once I log and submit, I try my best to stick to it. That's my way of keeping myself accountable. I also know the time of day I may have a craving so I have those treats added into my…

I sent you a friend request via message. Praying for you.

I as well have been maintaining since August finally reaching 136 lbs. I am currently 7 lbs lower than my goal weight, 129, since once I reached my goal after increasing my cals I still lost. I also decreased workout time which is awesome. It feels good to make time for other things that are important like quality time…

I started at 1200 as well, but I was still always hungry and cranky. In order for me to eat what I needed and wanted to eat 1200 wasn't enough. I increased to 1350 then up again. Once I started increasing, I started losing more and easier and my moods improved tremendously. I increased gradually to give my body time to…
