Need advice on weight loss plateau

On July 22nd 2012 , I used to weigh close to 276 pounds. On Jan 15th 2013 , I weighed 195 pounds. So far, I have lost close to 80 pounds.
I want to weigh around 170 pounds.
I noticed that I have not been losing weight for the last 2 weeks. I read a lot of posts in MFP and many people say that this plateau is common among people trying to lose weight.
I think my body is getting used to all these exercises. I would like to know what I can change to start losing weight again.
The posts I read tell that I should exercise more. The problem is that I already exercise a lot, so it is hard for me to increase it any further.
Will changing my diet help in some way ? If so, what changes must I make ?
Thanks in advance.

What kind of exercises are you doing? Can you open your diary?0

First off, congradulations on your weight loss. Your diary is not open so no way to know if your diet has room for improvement. But if your weight goal is your main concern then less calories is the way to go. If you lose 1/2 pound to 1 pound per week at this point that would be admirable. I have had 3 weeks with no weight loss and then BAM a good loss so I try to keep that in mind when the scale is stubborn.0

Congrats on your weight loss thus far. You may need to increase exercise or implement new exercises to overcome your plateau. This has to be done often. Make sure you are also drinking enough water to flush things out as well as keeping sodium level as low as possible. I'm sure you will be fine. Keep up the good work. Don't let it frustrate you. You've still come a long way, so keep that in mind.0

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and replies. Unfortunately, I have not been logging what I eat daily into MFP. I mainly rely on exercising.
Here is my weekly exercise schedule.
I hike 20-30 miles in the weekends.
2 cardio gym classes - 1 hour each
2 weight training classes - 1 hour each
2 Yoga classes - 1 hour each
Badminton 2.5 - 3 hrs - 3 times a week.
As far as my diet is concerned, I mainly increased consumption of protein. Try to eat healthy whenever possible.
The main thing I noticed is not to focus the mind on weight loss. If you see all my exercises, they are things that I enjoy doing, I dont purely do them with weight loss as my goal.
Will try tweaking my diet and exercise to overcome my plateau.
Thanks again.0 -
Are you doing things right? Then stay the course. If you're doing things wrong then fix them. Most people will hit "plateaus" along the way. That's par for the course. The trick is in having the confidence that your plan is sound and sticking with it, rather than changing things up willy nilly based on results from the scale.0

Are you eating very low calorie? Eating a VLC diet can cause plateaus so if you are then work out your TDEE and cut 15-20% from that to eat everyday. It may take a while for your body to allow you to drop weight again but it will.0

Plateaus are not all that bad. You have lost a lot of weight, and if your body takes some time adjusting to that new weight, so much the better. It's going to go slower now that you are within 20 pounds of your goal.
Breathe! Enjoy the plateau -- the view is terrific! From this point you can see your whole new, healthier life.:drinker: :drinker:0
