what if it takes you more than 30days to do 30 day shred?

sometimes i don't get a chance to do the video until the weekends, but i go to the gym on those days. does that matter do you think?

    I spent more than 30 days on it, and probably averaged 4 days a week with it. There's no time limit, the 30 day thing is just a title. Take as long as you need with each level - mix and match them once you get through them all and get stronger, etc. :smile:

    Exercise is exercise. I skipped the first two levels of 30DS because they hurt my knees. :)

    They haul you off to jail with no chance of parole. Seriously, nothing happens, it's an exercise DVD. Do it whenever you want to do it.

    If it takes you more than 30 days, it doesnt affect your weight loss/inches. It took me over 2 months to complete it. I started out doing it only 2 days a week.

    I was afraid of that... lol...

    I read somewhere that Jillian stated there were supposed to be rest days included but I have never found that info online.
