Starting to exercise again after baby....where to start???

I have a newborn (two weeks old) and am recovering from a C-section. I am trying to figure out when and how to start exercising safely after baby. I would love any advice from other moms. I also have an almost 3 year old and am wondering if anyone has any advice about when to fit in workouts with two little ones at the house.

    Wow! A two week old? Have you been cleared to exercise? After having 3 c-sections, I started walking. Started low impact and as my body healed I increased the pace. Then I incorporated other things into the routine. I would also do workout videos at home, while the baby slept. It's kind of hard with a 3 year old. Maybe during naptime or you can involve the toddler in the routine. Even if you're able to do mini burns during the day, when you have a chance. They add up to one good burn. Good luck, Hun. I had to really get creative.
