Thank you for this I needed it. My snacks are healthy, they are something like a lowfat cheese stick and a piece of fruit or I'll have some carrot sticks. Just makes me want to eat more......Sad I know

It seems weird I know we are suppose to eat snacks, but they make me hungrier then if I dont eat them, it is like I get the taste of food and then I want more and more and more........ Anyone else like that. Snacks are my downfall

Thanks Laura. I have been doing P90X but it isn't quiet the fat burner I need. I would say it is more for someone who already is lean and wants to tone and I am trying to get lean. I will look into getting Insanity.

Is the insanity workouts more cardio then say P90X? Is it set up the same as P90X how you do different dvd's daily and then every 3-4 weeks you switch the rotation? I think that giving it all up is not a bad idea. I think that once you get over the not drinking social all the time and you are in control of the drinking. Then once in a while you could allow yourself a drink here and their, but you will always have to be on the look out for it taking the reins again. I know some people…
