Hey There! What has worked for me and might also help you, is trying to get more protein for breakfast. I almost always have a boiled egg and/or bacon, which helped me cut the morning carbs in half. You seem to have room for some extra protein. And when I’d have oatmeal, I’d add in flaxseed or raw unsalted sunflower seeds…

My FT7 has started doing this same thing. But I'm going to try replacing the batteries since its been over 6 months, and hopefully that will fix the issue.

I tend to gain weight if I don't weigh myself. Checking ever other day or so, and logging once per week, keeps me motivated. Otherwise, I fall off and the next thing I know I've gained all the weight I'd loss back. Pisses me off!
