If you haven't yet, go see an endroconolgist to make sure your thyroid is at the correct doseage. Do you eat all of your exercise calories back?

Hey there. What I have found to work is to track what I eat. Faithfully. I like to eat out alot, so prior to going to a restaraunt I will look up the nutritional content and decide what I am going to eat. I have been quite suprised how well this works, and typically I don't feel like I am being cheated on what I can eat.…
