Wow!! What a transformation! Congratulations on achieving your goal, you deserve it for all that hard work!

Wear a two-piece swimsuit and feel great in it!! Can't wait

I'm sorry, I don't have any recommendations for your friend's current condition. However, I would strongly recommend Kris Carr's recipes for long-term health. She was diagnosed with a rare stage 4 cancer and managed to turn her life and health around through diet! Her kitchen is literally a pharmacy, the right foods can…

Wow! You look great! What an inspiration :)

1. Put hair in ponytail 2. Braid the ponytail (optional) 3. Twist (braided) ponytail into a bun :flowerforyou: If you keep it all in one place it probably won't get tangled. Just use a lot of hair ties or bobby pins to make sure it doesn't fall out with the jumping or running or whatever you do~

I use vanilla almond milk now. It's low in calories and creamier than regular milk. I still kind of miss the coffee creamer though....sometimes I put it in if I feel like splurging :) Everything in moderation!

I have a talking parrot. :)

I think 1200 calories is too low for your busy lifestyle. If you're taking 16 credits you're probably walking a lot on campus, and with your two jobs your activity level might be higher than you think. Creating too large of a deficit will make your body hang on to whatever it can. If I were you I'd try eating a little bit…

I try to log everything but I sometimes forget to log oil that I cook my food in. I use extra virgin olive oil most of the time, but it's hard to estimate how much you actually eat because not all of it is absorbed in the food...so I have no idea. I also don't log gum or calorie-free stuff (like tea, sweeteners, diet soda).

This!! I love it because the Brazil Butt Lift has dynamic workouts, not just static stretches and stuff that works only one muscle group at a time. With this you'll be toning your butt (mostly), legs, stomach, back, shoulders, arms....pretty much everything, but the main focus is on the butt and upper legs. It's a little…

Amazing results, I can definitely see a difference! How much weight have you lost due to 30DS so far? I'm going to start this program soon. Can't wait!

Wow! That's fantastic progress, you look great!! :flowerforyou:

Congrats on your engagement ladies! I'm getting married on September 22nd this year! I'm looking to drop about 25- 30 lbs. Feel free to add me, I'm here every day :flowerforyou:

Ohh this sounds fun! I'm getting married on September 22nd, 2012. Feel free to add me ladies, I could always use some fellow brides for motivation! :flowerforyou: Good luck everyone!

You're not crazy, I can't work out at home either! I can't concentrate when I think everyone is watching me, even though it's probably all mental and they probably couldn't care less. So I got a gym membership and take 30 minutes out of my day to go and do it properly.

I bought a couple packs at a local asian market. They're great for a low cal noodle option but I won't buy them again because I couldn't get over the texture! They're so mushy and slimy...I might have made them wrong since I only tried it once or twice. I heard they're good in an asian stir fry but not just by themselves.…

I haven't done HCG but my friend has. She lost a lot of hair while on it...I don't know if this is a common side effect, but just something to look out for. She literally wouldn't leave the house without a hat or scarf or something on her head because huge chunks of hair fell out. This diet is just too low in calories, and…

Wow, it looks like two completely different people! Congrats on your loss!

An instructor at my gym classified them like this: When running, you should be putting in enough effort to not be able to hold a conversation. While jogging, you should be putting in enough effort to not be able to sing but not so much that you can't hold a conversation. But to me...running is running. I'm quite new to it…

I'm getting married on September 22nd! I'd love some new friends for motivation :) My goal is to lose about 30 more lbs. Feel free to add me, I'm here every day! :flowerforyou:

If you take limes, lemons or strawberries and crush them then add the vodka, ice and some sweetener you have a very yummy low cal drink. This is something that you would sip slowly since it's not diluted (aside from melted ice if you drink it reeeeeeally slow). It's yummy, especially if you make it sweet. Stevia or Splenda…

It sounds like he already likes you if he does all of those sweet things! If I were you, I would take the chance and tell him (but it sounds like you're already planning a little something special for him :flowerforyou: ). I wouldn't tell him "I love you" because you're right, it could scare him off...you're not dating…

You look wonderful! All that effort really paid off!

I wear my HRM and burn around 400-500 per 60 minute class. Of course it depends on your height/weight and the intensity at which you do it.
-
I do this too! It works and is a great source of protein and you can't even taste it in a smoothie!
-
I'm getting married! Haha...my goal is to be at my goal weight by my wedding so I guess that will be my reward
-
I eat them if I'm hungry. I try to listen to my body, but since my allowance is only 1200 cal that usually means I eat them back.
-
My wedding is on September 22nd too! I can't wait!
-
I had the same problem! They would always spoil before I ate them. But then recently I started cutting them up and putting them in clear containers (so that I can see what's inside). If they're washed, chopped up and ready to eat it's so much easier! They actually look much more appealing than when they're just sitting…

I add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon. Some days I substitute a banana for the apple, or raisins.
