I haven't changed the weight info on my DL since... I don't know when! (Definately wasn't gonna change it when I was pregnant!) I realized a few months ago that I was down to my DL weight and was super excited. Now I am about 10 lbs under and my reward is to go get a new DL pic with my new info!!

I've also started drinking tea at night, and it usually helps. If I NEED food though, I like to micro-cook snap peas for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle with soy sauce and salt. ( I pretend its edamame! ) Or for something dessert-y, I love strawberries and 100 cal Lighthouse chocolate dip :)

I don't count veggie cals except for potatoes, but I do count fruit cals because like another poster wrote, they have quite a bit! I just found Lighthouse 100 cal chocolate dip. It's really thick and yummy (much better than plain old chocolate syrup!) and I love strawberries with it! The cocoa almonds sound delish too!
