Thanks, Healthy. Yeah, "Food Matters" is an awesome book. I've also read "Younger Next Year" and highly recommend it. The book is written for men, but there is a version for women out there too.

Part of it may be what you are eating. Lots of refined sugars in the diet you mentioned. Eat some bananas and oranges. Then grab a HUGE salad -- maybe with a bit of chicken on it. Drink a ton of water. If you don't get better soon you ought to think about going to the doctor or E.R. and get checked for heat exhaustion.…

I LOVE it1 the 3G is fast in my area, of course I live on the 12th floor of a building that has a CLEAR tower on the roof -- 3 floor up. She needs to check it out for her area to see how it works for her. They should be willing to give her a 2 or 3 day trial.
