  • My bestie was having difficulty too and she read it the Atkins boo that if you have hormone issues Atkins will be unsuccessfully and Thyroid conditions are completely related to your hormones. I would just try to use the MFP food guidelines for a week and see if your results are different good luck!
  • awesome!
  • In my bra and undies, 1st thing in the am after I go to the potty! And as you check-in with your weight MFP automatically adjusts to stay with your goals!

  • Day 3 done! Must say I am preety sure Day 6 (Easter) is not going to happen, I want to spend time with my family and I work overnights, so sleep and family time is on the agenda, but I will be back n Monday to start Level 2

  • day 2 done I must say from yesterday my quads and arms are burning in a good way!
  • all of them! Exercise actually decreases cramping and gives you more energy!
  • I go for a protein shake! they are quick and keep me full until lunch!
  • I also say boobies I will take some and give any one who would like thunder thighs I am currently in love with my shoulders and collar bone and will also give the last bit of jiggle in my arms away!
  • Day 1 done, I will have to double up on some days ( becuase my work and school schedule do not allow me to work out everyday!) I forgot how badly Jillian makes my quads burn, but it is definitely a lot easier 40 pounds lighter and already in pretty good shape, know just to tone and firm!

  • Thinking about my ticker can be my countdown ticker for the shred too!
  • Stock your cupboards and fridge with healthy options, if you are like me in the beginning I was the only one eating healthy so there were lots of unhealthy choices still made, so i stopped buying the crap for anyone in the house, now my kids snack on fruit, veggies, fiber bar, Kashi bars, granola, nuts, ect.
  • I am so in I have been doing Turbo Jam for 100 plus days and need a break and have the shred, I am ready for a change but I will make it the 23 day shred ( I will double up in the middle!) I am going on vacay and will only be able to use the fitness center while we are gone since we are sharing the condo with another…
  • I have done protein shakes before, they really do fill you up and I would say if you are not a breakfast person that might be the way to go, they don't work for me unless at lunch time, b/c I need to put something in my mouth kind of gal( food people!)
  • I totally agree, I eat lower cal breakfasts and by dinner time I am starving, tomorrow I am giving this a shot!
  • 3 weeks is 3 weeks but I think they are talking more long term. We won't always be eating 1200-1500 calories one day we will all hit maintenance ( or hopefully)
