I am almost 5'6" and May 2011 I was at 145 I am large framed and I would say that is my perfect weight I would yoy yo between 143 and 150 depending on my muscle mass...I am working on getting back there after a small set back to 160 and then pregnancy where I packed on 30 pounds...

LLC suggests moms who ebf ( that means your child does no solids) consume at minimum 1800 calories to keep up with their baby's demands.

I am a mommy to 3 as well I have a almost 7 year old a 4 year old and a 7 week old! I work p/t and go to school and I cosleep, baby wear and AP ( which is much harder this time around working 18 hours a week, but my sitter AP too so she is pretty awesome!)

If I know I am not going to be able to snack or eat again in 2 hours, I have to have my carbs, for me it was a bagel with simply fruit spread and a half of a grape fruit. I have to say until you tip the scales at 236 pounds and you are carrying life and you realize all the things that your not eating the right amounts does to your body and your child's. Eating right is not only not selfish but extremely selfless when it comes to feeding your baby right!

2,000 is for those at a healthy weight...just to clear that up from earlier posts. And 300 extra is what your bodies needs for baby so you are maintaining at 1500 then 1800.;..I have mine set a 1850...I am comfortable and not hungry at that intake.

Feel free to add me I am due August 20th and I lost 60 pounds prior to last September, had a miscarriage suffered from hypothyroidism, and gained back some but I am only up 9 pounds as of today and I want to keep it under 20 pounds feel free to add me!

I know there is a HUGE difference in those numbers...I was 147 beginning of last summer, then extreme fatigue and with constant hunger I went back up to 154-59, and I am 4 months preggers and 171 and hello my oh my there is such a difference in the way ones body feels. Great job!

I totally agree I run so much more quickly outside, but I over pronate and the smooth surface of the treadmill encourage my feet to roll so I am steadier!

Poor circulation...Happens in my feet constantly and my physician said not to stress about it if my limbs aren't sleeping as well..

But is most definitely 300 calories on top of matinence, but everyone's matintence level is different...mine is 1500 not 2000 on here so talking to your doctor before adjusting and even if you haven't been...you can always call and ask ?s...you may talk to the nurse…

A lot of the successful threads have some commonalities, they are questions that other MFP members have, and the thread starters have friends who are "repliers", then in turn there friends friends reply. Ok The biggest Loser Cardio Max determinedly not as hard as Jillian I am not sure what you are looking for toning, or fat loos, I like Jillian b/c all of her programs are cardio and strength!
