Never talk your weight loss down! 12kg is a huge achievement and you should always remember that. Who else can say they lost the equivalent of 12 bags of sugar in your near circle of friends?0 -

Maybe set that as a reward for yourself? Every little goal helps I find.0 -

A few more photos for you all:
Back in June in my old clothes at this point 5 stone lighter.
In July meeting old friends in Leicester (6 stone lighter).
My best friend leaves for Chicago in August (7 stone lighter).
In November now 11 stone lighter than when I started.
I really need to put those old clothes back on again...maybe for New Years Eve?0 -

Amazing job, you must be well chuffed. Thanks for the share, gives us that are just starting, or in my case re-visiting incentive to continue as it works.0

Just to update you all.
I am 20 pounds on from the last update having now lost 13 stone (182 pounds or 28kg)
I have about 18 pounds left to go and should be finished around my birthday in May.
I am launching a website to help morbidly obese people lose weight in conjunction with therapy.
My waist has now gone from 58 inches to 36 inches, my chest from 60 inches to 40, my neck from 21 and a half inches to 15 inches.
I started at 27 stone 4 pound and today weighed in at 14 stone and 4 pounds.
In two weeks for the first time in my adult life I will no longer be medically obese.0
