I work out at home I just do it is spurts I never pick a workout that is more than 30 minutes and I give it as much intensity as possible and stop when I am needed, sometimes it takes an hour or hour and half to finish but it can be done!

will say when I was 200 I thought 154 wasn't attainable thought I would look to skinny and now that I am past that I can see the truth, and I have another 9 pounds to go till my goal!

Hey can I share this is an opinion, when you are that over weight, I would focus completely on cardio and less on strength training, after you shed like 30 pounds it will be a lot easier to have the energy to do both! Would like to say it happened finally ~ after posting in December I packed on the dreaded 5-7 holiday pounds and then finally took it off and hit 149 on the scale today, was checking in to see how you ladies are doing!
