  • I work out in the evening after work. I find it helps to control my night time eating, which has always been a problem for me... If I'm going to work out for an hour after work, and putting in all the effort...I eat more healthy right after I work out, which has helped my weight loss.

  • Im 5'9.5. I started at 220. Lost 30 lbs and am atr 190 currently. My goal is 160 to be slim and trim.
