What would you say is helping you the most? Did you change your diet drastically or is it that night time stroll you are taking instead of taking the couch? You are doing great!

Wow....ShyDragonfly those are some great results! This is my 3rd day on MFP and I love but I haven't lost any weight yet but it is keeping me accountable for what I eat and makes me want to exercise to earn a few calories. Hope to report good news soon. Keep up your good work!
