I may have not been eating enough/sleeping enough. I bought the dvd's off of a friend so I don't have the materials that comes along with it, but maybe I will try to find it online if you felt it helped. Did you follow the meal plan strictly?

So I am seeing the consensus as Omega 3's are good, CLA is pretty much useless, GTE helps energy, and multi-vitamins are fine. Are they are negatives to taking GTE, Flaxseed oil, and a multi every day? (Other than Money)
