Thanks for that heads up about the DVD's!!! I went to my class tonight for the first time in 2 weeks...i can't move!!! haha...i did a 10k on Saturday in New Orleans (my first) AND I AM STILL SORE!!!

DEFINITELY use the tools here!!!! it was very eye opening to me to see how many calories i was eating in a day....the food data base is a good place to search for items you normally eat and cut back at first!!! fresh fruit is the best way to go to add nutrition without carbs, etc. tuna salad, chicken salad, grilled…

i feel the same way!!!!! i have been going (missed last week) FOR OVER a month now and actually gained weight. that is why i joined this site so that i can monitor my calories. I would like to slim down, tone up, AND lose weight....keep it up!!! cut back on a few calories, and drink plenty of water!

i've been going to zumba classes for over a month now. I just joined this forum yesterday and have never tracked my calories.....so i was not seeing weight loss results but definitely toning. which dvd did you buy??? i'm very interested in getting one for days when i can't go to the gym.
