  • Yes, I log mine as High impact Aerobic. I've heard it can be anywhere from 400-900 an hour, so unless you have a calorie counter thingy (haha) just estimate with the high impact!!!

  • Agreed!!!! I set my goal to 1 pound a week, today is my 27 or 28th day, and I've lost 5 pounds! (well, it's that time of the month and I'm up a pound, not to mention i had a large, super dilish pina colada last night.... it DOES work!

  • this is probably EXACTLY what is going on. a depressed metabolism is when your body goes into starvation mode. If you have 1200 or so calories to consume a day, and you exercise 1 hour or so a day 5 days a week, on those days, you earn more calories for that day.   • I totally agree!!! I don't have a heart rate monitor so I'm logging it in as high impact aerobics. thanks for checking which DVD's your friends have!!! i'm soooo tired today. All I did was ride my bike 30 minutes. Zumba is so much fun and I look like a fool TOO!!!HAHA....who cares!!! we are MOVING to fun music!!!
