Don't feel so bad, I just had some homemade white chocolate strawberry cheesecake that my sister of course decided to give me. Just don't give up there is always tomorrow, and as long as you have more good days than bad you will get the outcome you want. Keep it up!

If you really want to build muscle then you need to be lifting pretty heavy weights. Instead of using a weight that you can go 12 to 15 reps with lift a weight that you can go maybe 8 reps with. Make sure you are using good form too, because if you aren't then the muscle you are trying to focus on won't be working as hard…
