A small bale of hay....but as a teenager I loved baleing hay on the farm, it was a good workout!

I lost 50 pounds, and just recently moved back to Michigan from living in Arizona. I lived out there for three and a half years. I come back to Michigan and I am freezing, from my blood thinning out and the weight loss. Guess my new wardrobe is going to be full of sweaters!

Any incline between 12 and 15, and any speed between 3.5 and 4.5 is great. The higher the incline and speed, the more calories you are going to burn. No need to run, just walk. Running is bad for your knees.

Do you have the treadmill set at an angle? When I lost the majority of my weight, I had it set at a 13 angle going 4 mph, and I would burn 845 calories. Now u don't have to go that high, just make sure you are going uphill at all times!
