Nuts, nut butters, avocados, olive oil, sweet potatoes, eggs, protein powder. All can be fairly calorie dense foods that you can eat a little of yet still get some healthy calories in.

Oddly enough, when I was playing WoW I LOST a ton of weight. I just wouldn't get up to eat. I think I lived on cereal and granola bars for 2 years.

Calorie-wise, usually breakfast. Not purposefully, it just works out that way. I'm starving in the AM and I usually have a protein shake then, too.

You could go topless for all I'd care. But sports bra seems fine to me. I wear a tank top over mine just because I'm a bit self conscious of my loose belly skin. Otherwise, I'd be way more comfortable in just the sports bra. I wear just the sports bra alone with workout pants when I run/jog outside.

Eh, it might not be so bad - perhaps our bodies just want help gaining muscle? I'm eating 2,000 - 2,200 calories a day and not gaining much (finally gained 2 pounds this week, I think. We'll see if it holds up). But then, I'm trying to gain a little.

Either a protein shake with a banana, some greek yogurt with apples and cinnamon or some almond butter! Though these things aren't necessarily low calorie.

It was both! But the "important" bits were censored - nothing you wouldn't see on the beach, promise. You might have not seen the underwear "after" ones because I was trying to upload smaller sized pics and you probably caught me in between edits. Anyway - not mad! Sorry to offend anyone. I went from a 36D to a 32C and I LOVE it! They would really be B cups if not for the extra skin, though. That's the only thing I don't love. They're deflated now - they look like tennis balls in tube socks! :( Otherwise, I adore them small. They are awesome.
