"SO Delicious" Almond Milk Chocolate. It's WAY better than any dairy iced cream, I adore it! http://sodeliciousdairyfree.com/products/almond-milk-frozen-desserts/chocolate

I don't think so - OP's serving size also seemed to be 1 cookie. Unless you mean the peanut butter. I took it down to a little over 1/3 of a cup and that got it closer. Wonder if they will be the same though. And that doesn't account for the difference in sugar. Edit: I took the white sugar down to 6 teaspoons only, that…

The unsweetened original almond milk is pretty much the most delicious drink ever. Plus, it's high in calcium and has some good healthy fat. How is that useless?

I'm inputting the recipe into MFP (and halving it) and coming out with a very different calorie/sugar count for the cookies! Mine says: 91 calories each cookie, with 8 grams of sugar and 5g of fat! That's very different from 68 cals 2.9g fat and 4.3g of sugar in the original post. The peanut butter is Maranatha creamy (no…

Just made these, not too bad! I used rolled oats instead of white flour, making them into oat flour in my coffee grinder. Worked great! Added 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and cinnamon. I think I can use a bit less baking powder next time. Maybe 1/2 tsp. They seemed to have too much sodium because they are sitting like a rock in…

I have some gut issues, low back pain and who doesn't have some phobias, eh? I eat very little to no pasta/bread/wheat in a day.

I lost 50 pounds and have been maintaining that for at least a year and a half now and I still have a "cheat" day every weekend. ALL DAY! "Cheat" means different things to different people. For me, I exercise more that day and still try to keep my calories within a reasonable range of my normal goal. "Cheating" *usually*…

Deflated, but I can't tell if saggier because they are 2 cup sizes smaller. I do plenty of chest exercises. I'm just 36 years old and lost 50 pounds! Chest exercises can only do so much. :) I'll tell you what though - I love them now more than ever!

I went down two cup sizes when I lost my weight. I LOVE it - boyfriend hates it. But they are mine to love so, nyah! They are so comfortable and fit in clothes so nicely now! And they are so cute. :D

It changes - I get on kicks where I just ravenously eat a certain food. Right now it's brussels sprouts roasted with balsamic vinegar! YUM!!

I still have my old SNES and N64 and Xbox 360. As I get older, the desire (and time!) to play has diminished but here are some of my favs of all time: Oddworld series Super Mario series Elder Scrolls series (Morrowind and Skyrim, specifically) Portal 1&2 The Walking Dead (from Telltale Games) Pac-Man Space Invaders Donkey…

I'm 5'9" and 123 pounds (down from 170, then up from 115). I'm slowly gaining muscle now. :) It all depends on how much muscle you have! I looked "fatter" at 115 pounds than I do now, because I was skinny fat and have since filled out with some muscle by weight training. So you can be 120 pounds and flabby/non muscular and…

I drink mine black now, too but I still throw some stevia in.

To all the people saying, "Don't eat things you don't like, DUH!" I have something to say. I HATED veggies my whole life. It's only now at 36 that I eat them. AND I LOVE THEM! I can't get enough of them, I swear! It's ALL because I ate them when I "didn't like" them. Cutting way back on sugar and refined grains helped,…

I force myself to wake up at 5AM and go to the gym before work. I know I'll NEVER do it after, I'm too tired and just want to flop on the couch. I do go for a small walk after work but that's it. After a while you get used to getting up early. I am anything but a morning person, trust me.

I'm 5'9" and my original goal weight was 140 pounds but I passed that and ended up at 115. I'm gaining some back (on purpose, yes - want some muscle!) and am now at 122 and it looks good. I'd still like more muscle so I am not worried at all about the scale now, except to hopefully make it go up! I think what weight looks…

I lose 50 pounds and I did have a good amount of loose skin at first but it's been getting better! It's been over a year and I see a definite improvement. It also depends on your age. At 36, I may "tighten up" slower than a 20 year old. I wouldn't worry about it too much, loose skin is better than all that extra weight,…

Personally, I consider it healthy to eat as many whole foods as possible. I try to fill my diet with lots of veggies, some fruit, lean meats and leave out most of the pre-packaged and sugary foods. Edit: Oh and non-food wise, it's healthy to exercise in some way! Cardio, lifting, whatever gets you off your butt.

Oh, forgot to mention - I only baked it for 25 minutes instead of the recommended time. 25 is plenty!

Update: Changes I made: I used 2 eggs and 2 egg whites (instead of 3 whites and 1 egg) I added 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce I added 1/4 cup white granulated sugar It's delicious! The sugar, even though it's just a little, gave it that added hint of sweetness and either the applesauce or the extra yolk made it a bit…

I only stopped when my boyfriend finally threatened to leave me if I didn't. It wasn't just the threat, though - he helped me learn and utilize better ways to cope with my feelings (or lack thereof) than self harm. He was there for all the 3 AM freak-outs and craziness. He didn't just threaten, he helped make self harm…

I will, thanks! I like it enough that I want to make it again. :)
-
That's what I was thinking. Next time I'll add some applesauce, thanks. :D
-
I actually liked it - just made it today but baked it shorter than the 40 minutes, more like 25-30 mins. My only problem is it's very dry and while I don't mind it not too sweet, my boyfriend will hate it. I may have to add sugar next time. Anyone know how to make it a bit more moist?

Just look at his picture! :) Two heads are better than one!

Female trying to gain. Now that I eat healthy, I find it very difficult to eat enough calories to gain muscle! I'm also afraid of gaining more fat after losing 50 pounds. I think that "chubby girl" inside me is very hard to get rid of and she freaks out when I gain a pound. But I've gone up almost 7 pounds - though that's…

Replying to watch the thread and see who the guinea pigs will be. I want to know if this is good! Sounds interesting. :D

I have! I was in maintenance for months and now I'm actually trying to gain weight and still stay on MFP. I don't see myself ever stopping, I really like logging my food, knowing what's going into my body every day.
