Edit: Someone already posted Chocolate Covered Katie's blog - never mind!

I'm 5' 8 1/2" - just check out my profile for my before/after pics. :) (It is a bit too revealing for the boards)

I love men in skirts or dresses, even.

Yes! I had this problem. It gradually got better - I think it was all the squats I've been doing. That was just the actual "tailbone" BONE pain. I also have sciatica but that's a separate story.

I've read 23. A lot of these came out well after my teen years, haha. I'm very disappointed to see "Twilight" on there and no "Chronicles of Narnia". But happy they included "The Last Unicorn." :(

I'm there right now. :) Hit my goal, went way beyond it and now trying to gain back some weight (hopefully in the form of muscle. Doing my best!). It's surprisingly difficult and super scary but I'm trying. I would suggest you weight train (and eat more, still healthfully!) to gain some weight back in a good way.

Oh my god. I will have to stop Truvia and see if it helps. My periods became VERY irregular and then stopped all together. I had no idea Stevia *might* be the culprit. The doctor has no idea what's wrong, says it might be my low body fat %. I'll have to do some research but if that's what it is then at least I can fix it!…

I used to feel the same as you. Maybe even worse! But I promise you - if you just keep trying, keep eating them - little by little the veggies you hated will actually taste good. I can even eat broccoli now! Which, if you know me, is totally amazing. Here are the veggies / fruits I can now eat that I actively disliked less…

I'm 5' 8 1/2" and my original goal weight (from 167) was 140. Then 130. Then I accidentally went to 115! Now I'm up to 120 and my new goal isn't about the scale but about being able to lift heavy things - so I won't be dismayed if the scale hits 130+.

I wish I could get one but no amount of squats seems to do it. :(

I lost all of my weight, hit my goal weight and then passed it all while eating at least a serving (2-3 tbsp / at least 200 cals) of almond butter every single day.

30DS always burned about 150-200 for me. (5'8", 120 pounds) An hour of walking with some sprinting thrown in = 300-370 Half hour of jogging is about 300

I get up at 5am to do my routine (3 days weight lifting, 3 days cardio). I was NEVER a morning person and would get up as late as possible to still get to work on time - about 7:30 am. You get used to it. It's tough, so tough at first but if you force yourself to go to sleep earlier, it's doable. Now I kind of like it. I…

I'm 5'9" and my elliptical has an 18 inch stride - and I wish it was longer! 13 inch seems like it would be quite uncomfortable.

This is *exactly* my oatmeal, too! :) No, wait - plus cinnamon. I'm a cinnamon hound.

I can't tell you if it reduces injury (there are plenty of stats to back up both the pro and anti barefoot running sides) but I can say, anecdotally, that I love running in my Vibrams. I have flat feet and never thought they would work for me but now I wear them not just while running/walking but *everywhere*! They are so…

All types of veggies and fruits: green beans, butternut squash, cauliflower, peaches, zucchini, brussel sprouts, avocado - none of which I liked before getting healthy. :) Edit: And oatmeal!

This chick is full of freaking muscle, wow! And what looks to be a pretty healthy amount of body fat. She's awesome.

Awesome! You look so fit, great work!

I don't feel like it has taken over my life but I do watch what I eat. I think you just get used to it after doing it for so long. It becomes routine and not an "obsession" anymore. Once you've got it down, planning and logging go much faster so it isn't so bad. Don't psych yourself into giving up because "the only two…

Fast Food Alcohol Soda Pre-Packaged Meals (microwave, usually) Juices I do have a weakness for muffins though! Bran, Banana Nut, Lemon Poppy... YUM!

I jog alone at 5 AM while it's still dark outside. It's a bit creepy at times but I feel safe enough. Not that I am in a particularly safe neighborhood but still, it's ok. You watch the news all the time and you would think people are getting killed left and right just leaving their home but in reality, violent crime…

Almond milk all the way. I'm obsessed with it, it's the most delicious thing ever. Edit: Specifically - Silk Unsweetened Original.

I think he posted that because 1500 calories a day is *way* too low for your bodyweight. I'm a 118 pound female and I eat 2,000 - 2,200 calories a day! If you want to build muscle, no way are you doing it on 1500 calories at your weight/gender. Edit: Plus I do think it's difficult/impossible perhaps to build muscle while…

Almond Milk Butternut Squash Almond Butter (Yes, I really like almonds. And probably eat WAY to much of them!)

Honeycrisp are *amazing* and I get them when in season. When they aren't around I'll go for Royal Gala or Braeburn.
