I *love* that you've given such an amazing example of scale weight not mattering. I remember the first time I realized I didn't have to feel bad about my weight on the scale and I could start focusing on becoming stronger instead - it was practically miraculous.

I don't think you really have to worry about it unless you're trying to fix your insulin resistance. But as a part of the average diet, I would much rather drink the version with no calories than the version with sugar any day.

I get the plain yogurt and add banana flavoring and stevia. With a few walnuts and some dark chocolate chunks, it's even better than Ben & Jerry's chunky monkey! I assume it would work with other food flavorings. Stevia adds no carbs, and isn't a sugar alcohol.
