  • there are times i take a protein shake before working out, (within 30-45min before working out) especially if it's in the early morning and i want something in my belly. but def recommend after workout along with a piece of a fruit like a banana or something.

  • I noticed that too with me when I started on this site - so I just end up pouring some crystal light and water and the sweetness helps curb the hunger and I can usually go to sleep then. Sometimes I sleep it off but that usually takes longer when I don't do anything about it. :)
