The INSANITY workouts do not require any equipment; but the workout are pretty intense.

I try to get as close to Maxing out the resistence as I can. I raise the level to 12-15 which you really have to push. Also the ones we have at our gym here have incline on them, and I raise it as high as it will go.

Your local Grocery Store should carry the Mio Liquid.

Oh Yeah and if your like me and don't really care for water try adding Mio Liquid water enhancer to the mix. Mango Peach is pretty good.

Don't put too much attention on the scale, like A_Brunner said, "weigh yourself once a week" or every two weeks like I do, even if I went up in weight I don't Fret over it. The thing I found to help me with INSANITY is to add weight trainning into your weekly workouts, plus you really have to work till your about ready to pass out with INSANITY. A member of myfittnesspal Caseynjason just posted some before and after pics using Turbo Fire and her results look amazing.

Also INSANITY workouts does not require any extras, only LOTS of water and the occasional mat.

I have found that eating right and more exercise is the absolute best way to go. I have not used pills this time around and I see way better results.

I agree, mix it up a little. Try some other work outs that is a workout; but fun.:smile:

Just keep pushing, anything worth having in life, you have to work for it. Just don't give up, starting over is the worst.
