Back in the game again.
I'm back, I stopped counting cals, and just focused on working out; but I'm still stuck in the 190's. Going to monitor cals for about 4 wks, and if I don't see results by then...Maybe it's time to holla at the doc.

Blood Pressure NSV
Before I started my Journey on MFP my blood pressure was in the pre-hypertension range 133/90. Had a check up Friday and now I'm at 118/80. Looks like I will be in this world a little longer, Lord willing. Just thought I share, cause even though the scale may not show a difference, the rewards are there.

Question, how come when I complete a food entry for the day, I leave the page and then go back it's not completed for that day? Is there any way to save it?
