Before I started my Journey on MFP my blood pressure was in the pre-hypertension range 133/90. Had a check up Friday and now I'm at 118/80. Looks like I will be in this world a little longer, Lord willing. Just thought I share, cause even though the scale may not show a difference, the rewards are there.

Nice job!! The scale is one thing the healthy numbers is another.. I just have a little more work to get my blood sugars down but I do not take any type of medicine or insulin because I have been working out, running and trying to eat healthy on a consistent basis. Congrats to you!!0

There are plenty of skinny-fat people in the world with high blood pressure. I would say good vitals is better in some ways than numbers on the scale. Congrats! Keep it up!0
