Is there a such thing as too much cardio?

Depends on what you want to achieve and if your diet can give you the nutrients needed for excess stress on the body.
We are not meant for endurance but more for sort sprints with steady low rate cardio, think of a hunter.0 -
i believe the answer to this is yes, but in moderation no. do as much as you feel you can do. then have at least a days break. i push myself alot with cardio, and love it. do whatever you feel is enough or right for you..!!

I would say in one day...yes!
Alternate with strength and resistance training to help build back the muscle.
Sometimes I will do doubles in one day...3-4 miles in the morning, strength in the afternoon...but only one day a week.0 -
Yes, if you don't do any strength training to maintain muscle mass.0
