its ok... we've all been there... tomorrow's a new day dont beat yourself up over it.. in my first week i actually gained pounds instead of losing because i went WAYY over my calories a few times.. you just have to remember this moment during those times when you are tempted to eat things that you know are not the best

I might go over my calories then for some reason my mind clicks to the mindset "well now since youve gone over just pig out." So i will eat whatever I can get my hands on. I dont know why I do this. Swimming in general is a very low impact exercise. The water will keep a lot of the pressure off of your joints and you can do laps at a steady pace until you see how your body reacts or water walking.
