if the pain's not too bad you should be ok, but you should probably see your doctor to make sure. If you're super worried about it try using the elliptical, there's no impact on the knees then. But I highly recomend seeing your doctor, if you injure yourself you won't be able to exercise at all anymore.

the last time I quit smoking i actually lost weight, but I was taking zyban, it gives you extra energy, which i just used at the gym to burn off more calories. Chantix helps too.

Any meat can be fine as long as you get the lean stuff and don't saturate it in sauces. I bought some frozen ahi tuna the other day, thawed it out, lightly brushed with olive oil, then just sprinkled it with garlic power, onion salt, and black pepper. Threw it on the grill it was great.
