My fingers turn blue but its very very faint. I wouldn't notice it if I didn't know it was there. Its my finger nails that really turn blue and most of the time they are painted.

When I hike even in really cold weather, mine don't hurt either. I know hormones play a big part in RP, so my conclusion is, when I'm hiking I'm completely happy and at peace, so less hormones for RP...idk lol

Yes winter sucks so bad. How do you fight against it or keep them warm? Has it spread? My great great grandmother had it so bad she couldn't get out of bed. I would hate for that to be me one day. If I had health insurance I would seek medical attention.

I love mine! Good choice. I love adjusting my strap smaller and smaller, it shows progress. My advice is when you wet the strap, use warm water and lots of it. Otherwise its painfully cold!

Whats the difference from cutting, lifting weights to be healthy and bulking?

I've heard its bad for you and coaches in sports won't allow it, is this true? How does it differ from protein shakes, like muscle milk? I Hike, run and do Pilates. I'm going for a fit, curvy, dancers body. Also is it addictive and does it cause any problems when you stop taking it?
