Sorry I am just now posting this was really busy at work yesterday. I think the best workout for me is when I do real work. Like raking leaves all day, mowing the lawn, building things, etc. I am usually so worn out the next morning that I can hardly move. This is probably the way I get 90 % of my exercise, gotta love home…
