You can do it, trust me. I still have a lot to lose. I am on week 4 tomorrow is day 2. I really didn't think when I started that I could run 60 seconds, and now I can run for 5 minutes. I feel like I can do it now, feel free to add me for support.

Felt it here in WV. We are less than 200 miles from the center. It shook our building pretty good, they evacuated buildings here for a short time.

how bad is week 5? I'm not as afraid of it right now, because I go into each week thinking its going to be terrible then surprising myself when I can do it.

Oh and don't underestimate the importance of shallow reasons to lose... like I want to look hot in Christmas pics we send out this year! I have goals to be healthy too, but I have a whole lot more shallow ones, and they motivate me more. LOL

W4D1 done! Can't believe I did it. I did pause for 2 minutes, to get some strength back in my legs between runs, but I did all the jogging. I was surprised I could do it! How is everyone else doing?

I did have several tests done to check thyroid, blood sugar levels, cholesterol. I didn't think of asking about calories or getting a copy to analyze. Great Ideas! Thanks!

Did week 3 day 2 this morning. It was a little tougher than I would have hoped. My plans to exercise when I got home were foiled by stopping at the neighbors which was supposed to be for a few minutes, but turned into a 4 hour visit. Oh well life happens, I did get my 45 minutes in the morning for one point. On a good note, I got 3 compliments on how they could tell I had lost weight. :drinker:
