I would stop eating the Yoplait. While they claim that it's healthy it's really full of horrible ingredients. If you substitute for Lifeway Kefir you will cut out the crap, and add probiotics and extra fiber into your diet. Low sodium, high fiber..... raw or dry roasted nuts, esp almonds.
