1996 Jaguar XJS convertable for the weekends and fun time's out. 2000 durango for daily commute. Durango just won't die and it's paid for so I keep driving it. Have no idea what these say about me. Jag is just plain fun to drive, Durango is functional I guess

I am a confirmed yoyoer. (is that a word?) Using MFP on my phone helps me to stay aware all day that I need to eat all my meals and helps me not exceed cxalories

Keep up the good work! I lost 50 2 years ago and gained 25 back. MFP helps me monitor food, exercise, calories. I use the android ap on my phone and just figured out it scans barcodes of food an logs calories fat etc for you..way cool:smile:
