  • I had a hard time losing weight when I wasn't eating back the majority of my calories. I have my profile set to sedentary, then I use a personal tracker to add in all my exercise from work (I work retail, so I'm constantly on my feet), and exercising. I would STARVE if I didn't eat back at least half of them.
  • Fill up on fruits and vegetables. I lost the most weight just by eating fruits and veggies whenever I felt like eating. I had never tried fresh cherries, blueberries, or blackberries before, but now they are a go to whenever I feel like eating. I also never told myself I couldn't have ranch to dip veggies or marshmallow…
  • I love strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries dipped in marshmallow cream. It is just sweet enough and fairly low on calories to calm my sweet cravings!
