I did that when I bought the Vivofit 2 and logged on to Garmin Connect on MFP successfully but do not see anywhere how to access it on MFP. Guess I will keep working at it. Thanks for your input.

I was thinking about doing the exact same thing, but like you only one meal. I don't think it would hurt. The Body for Life books say you should do it.

i am new too just started Sunday. I have done the weight watchers but it is so hard to keep up with the new points system and i gained weight on it! my daughter introduced me to myfitness pal. i love that all food caloric content is readily available. Plus I can do it on my mobile phone as well.
