    Have you thought of trying a stir fry?

    You can have the rice with chicken, veggies and a bit of teriyaki sauce.

    One dish I love would be rice noodles with broccolini and chickpeas, with some tamari to finish off.

    I don't think rice should be dry when cooked. Maybe the following hints help;
    - 2 parts water for 1 part rice
    - wait for the water the boil, then lower heat to medium-low, cover and let simmer for about 30 mins
    after that time your water should pretty much be gone whilst having nice, moist rice

    Sometimes. I rarely eat plain rice or noodles but I don't always add sauce. Sometimes I add oil or veggies or beans or whatever else strikes my fancy.

    Like others have said, millions of things.

    I'd never eat either plain (it just wouldn't interest me or occur to me to do so). I'd normally do some mix of protein and vegetables with some oil for cooking. For pasta I might make it into a sauce (or do a traditional tomato or meat sauce, but with lots and lots of vegetables), but I also might just sautee some shrimp and veg (or some other sort of protein instead of shrimp) in some olive oil and then mix it around.

    Cook your rice in chicken broth. Moist and flavorful. :) Toss some steamed veggies in (broccoli, peppers, cabbage, peas, whatever floats your boat).

    i like to put curry on my rice, or refried beans. you can pair just about any protein with it tbh. and soy sauce is great for perking up leftover white rice.

    theres a local cajun and creole chain in the indianapolis area called yats that serves quite a few different dishes on rice, you can look at their menu for ideas on recipes to look up: yatscajuncreole.com/menu/ you will have to click on a location to show what that particular restaurant is serving today

    You can turn them into casseroles and eat them for a few days. Rice with broccoli and chicken (in a creamy or cheesy sauce). Pasta and cheese baked with cauliflower.

    Egg noodles with veggies and shredded roast beef
    Fried rice (great for leftover rice); rice with avocado and boiled egg; rice with stir fry or curry; rice cooked in stock with mushrooms, onion, and garlic; rice with black beans and greens; rice with bulgogi, scallions, and sesame seeds

    I have a super quick and easy recipe that you can use with rice or noodles, whatever you choose. Take Rotisserie chicken and any veggie of your choice (I use either Snap Peas or Broccoli) and add it to a frying pan on medium heat. Add premade teriyaki sauce and cook until just heated through. Serve over Brown Rice, Soba Noodles, Quinoa, etc. So quick, easy and wonderful!

    You can have the rice with chicken, veggies and a bit of teriyaki sauce.

    I do this all the time. Some lean meat, rice, egg whites, garlic, and soy sauce. Sometimes just mushrooms instead of meat if I am having it as a side.

    I would honestly suggest looking up on YouTube, meal preps cause you'd get a lot more idea's from there or on Pinterest and then they can show you how they're made too. For me, it depends what i'm in the mood for and what kind of pasta, rice, or noodles I plan on eating and what I have in my cabinets or fridge. It really depends on what kinds of pasta, noodles, and rice you're using because there's a lot of different kinds out there and a lot of different ways they're eaten.
